When you arrive on our site you see the statement:"We started out because we didn't like the way we were treated ..." and that is the truth. In the motorcycle community (and many others) you will hear the phrase "Give Respect / Get Respect". We apply that mentality to our way of working with our Customers every day.

We've heard the stories of how someone who wanted to get into motorcycling felt uncomfortable speaking with some dealers/shops about the basics when they really don't know what they want or even how to go about finding "it" out.   If you are at a dealership or shop that sells inventory, you will probably experience steering towards a bike they want to sell you.   The reality is that you may actually be better suited towards a completely different style, model or brand than they have on hand.   Few of those locations would tell you to go to other business to spend your money.

Another recurring issue is to listen to both new and experienced owners trying to get service on their motorcycles and they experience the practice of "ride shaming" where they are told they bought the wrong bike because the shop is dedicated to only one brand or type of motorcycle repair. Hell I have personally had an idiot salesman at a shop tell me that I wasn't riding a "real bike and now you're ready to upgrade to the real biker world". At that time (several years ago), I had probably been riding longer than he had his license and all he accomplished with that statement was losing my business for both he and the dealership. Didn't bother to respond appropriately, I just took my business elsewhere.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG YOU HAVE RIDDEN, WHAT YOU RIDE OR HOW MUCH YOU PAID FOR YOUR BIKE

When you come into our shop we treat all of our customers with RESPECT and do our best to help them out when we can. We take a Customers First approach to our business and try to solve YOUR needs first. Sometimes that means that we aren't the best solution for your needs, but we will always listen to you and take the time to try to help you out to the best of our ability.
