Our approach is to always do our best to recommend the best solution for the Customer's situation and sometimes that goes as far as recommending other shops or services that will be a better end result. Regardless of the solution we are here to do our best to help you.

Once you start to deal with us you will see why over 90% of our business is from repeat customers and referrals (from other shops and from our existing customers). We treat everyone fairly at all times. That includes situations that don't always work out the way everyone expects or hopes. 100% happy customers is our Goal ... but the reality is closer to 99%. The big difference is that we encourage our Customers to ask questions and let us know if they are dissatisfied or unhappy with any of the service they receive here at Wicked Bastard Cycles. Sometimes you just can't see eye to eye and someone is going to walk away less than happy, but our doors (and ears) are always open. We believe in TALKING with our Customers as opposed to just telling them what the situation or end result is. Bottom lines is we want to hear from you.
SPECIAL PROJECTS AND ORDERS
We are one of those shops who will still do custom work on bikes, as well as we are also open to WORKING on Custom Bikes here. We get several referrals from other shops who don't want to dig in one projects that may take weeks/months or a non-standard solution.
