Evil, Mean and Nasty ...

... represents an attitude and our style ... but is not the way we treat our Customers!

Nobody expects to have their bike worked on for FREE but at the same time there is no reason to be raked over the coals for the work you need done.

We wanted to have the kind of shop that I visited as a kid with my father, and loved seeing the guys talk about motorcycles, cars or generally anything that was on their minds.. One where you are treated individually as opposed to a new invoice when you walk in the door and you're given the attention you deserve.

I think we are lucky enough to have that with our team and our customers and we hear often how "cool" and "great" the shop is. New customers walk in the door sometimes a bit skeptical on how they will be dealt with, but they leave knowing that we are here for them when they are ready and need our help.

You can bring your own parts, or get them through us (normally with a discount off the MSRP), and we will install them for you ... or help you decide if you want to do the work yourself.

90% of our business is from repeat customers or by referrals from our existing customers. We take that as a compliment.

If we can't find the right product for you or build it for you, we will do our best to connect you with someone who can. That's our Customer Service pledge to you.

We get a lot of customers in the shop who purchase used bikes and are often the 2nd or even 3rd/4th owner. They tend to inherit the issues caused previously and in a most cases have no idea what is going on "behind the scenes" with their bikes.

Case in point to the left is a situation where a custom motorcycle had an ignition switch replaced with an incorrect version of the switch and to top it off... instead of normal electrical connections, the prior owner bolted together connections and then just wrapped them with about a foot and a half of black electrical tape.

Whenever we are working on your bike we document any issues that we find, explain the possible solutions to you and let you know what we recommend, and get your approval before purchasing parts and generating additional cost for YOU as our Customer.

Some customers prefer to fix issues themselves but most appreciate the fact that they have a reliable shop ready and able to do the work for them.

We also take into consideration the best way to solve our Customer's issues and meet their goals for their bike. We partner up with specialized shops and businesses to provide you with the best solutions. Whether it's building a high performance engine or having your dream design airbrushed on the bike ... we make sure that we bring in the best talent for the job.
