OVER 80% OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE REPEAT OR THEY HAVE BEEN REFERRED TO OUR SHOP

For the first couple of years that we opened in this location (we've been here since the end of 2018), we basically did not advertise our Shop or Services using Google or Facebook with the exception of a few little trials here and there. We thought that building our customer base and getting our internal processes down were more important that trying to flood our business with new customers and not being able to provide great Customer Service to them.

WE LISTEN

  • There are no stupid questions when it comes to owning a motorcycle

    (you're an idiot however if you don't try to learn more about your own bike!)

  • If you don't know what you should do ... just tell us what you WANT and we will take it from there
  • Don't worry about calling a part by the correct name or knowing the cause of a problem ... the main thing is to tell us what's going on so we can help

WE HELP

  • ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT WE SINCERELY WANT TO HELP OUR CUSTOMERS OUT WHEN WE CAN!
  • We're not in the business to try to impress you ... don't be surprised if we tell you we need to research a solution...

    Better to be correct than fast when it comes to your bike

  • If we can't give you the best service for your motorcycle needs we will try to find a shop that can
  • We are interested in building Customer Relationships ... even if you want to do the work yourself at home ... we will do what we can to support you
