WICKED BASTARD CYCLES is built on the idea that a business should be able to provide excellent Customer Service at a fair price. Whether you come to us for service, repair, installation or customization, our approach will always be the same; we will give your our best and help you to get the best value out of your motorcycle. With our ability and practice of normally selling parts and accessories below MSRP, paired with our policy of pro-rating labor charges (meaning we don't "round up" like a lot of the other shops), you get the best service with the best prices we can provide.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is our priority and if you have ANY questions at all we encourage you to ask us. If we can help you better understand your options then you can be happier with your choices regarding your motorcycle (sorry but the shop can't help too much with the rest of the life stuff ... but at least we can help you stress less when riding!).
ASK QUESTIONS before you choose your shop for service and repair. We are always happy to discuss your needs and will give you all options. Thinking there is a better part than something we are recommending? Tell us your thoughts and we will come to a decision together. At the end of the day we want a solid relationship with all of our customers.
SHOP RATE: $145 per hour
The Shop Rate applies for any work that is not specifically stated on this page with a separate description and/or price. We have a 30 minute minimum but pro-rate the hourly rate after that. This means that if we work on your bike for "42 minutes" you only pay for the 42 minutes. We don't round up to the hour.
CUSTOM BUILDS / DESIGNS: $155 per hour
Wicked Bastard Cycles specializes in helping our customers design and build the bike that is a perfect fit for THEM. We have a lot of experience over the years in selecting the best parts and accessories without assuming that you have a "blank check to write". We will help you spend your money wisely (or at least we can make a recommendation), but in the end ... it is YOUR bike and you are the one to make the decisions on what YOU want.
PARTS/ACCESSORIES SALES
Bottom line ... WE HATE RETAIL PRICING. We are always happy to help our customers with finding and selecting parts and accessories ... and with almost all of the aftermarket items, we try to sell BELOW MSRP PRICING every day of the year. We don't believe in running "sales" because someone gets screwed if they don't know about the event. Discounts will vary by the supplier/manufacturer, but our average is normally 15% below MSRP.
We can also drop ship to you for almost any US address with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii .. that helps us minimize the shipping costs for your purchases.
TIRE MOUNTING AND BALANCING (flat fee)
$40.00 PER WHEEL flat fee applies to all tires and/or wheel purchases through Wicked Bastard Cycles only. The Shop Rate will apply only for the actual time to remove and reinstall the wheels if still on the bike. Wheels removed from the bike by the customer will not have the Shop Rate applied unless there is other work (i.e. bearing replacement) requested.
$65.00 PER WHEEL (two wheels at the same time discounted to $120.00 for both) flat fee applies to all tires and/or wheels that are not purchased through Wicked Bastard Cycles. The Shop Rate will apply only for the actual time to remove and reinstall the wheels if still on the bike. MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT (PICKUP AND DELIVERY)
Wicked Bastard Cycles has teamed up with NORTH TEXAS MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT (https://ntxcycletransport.com) as our recommended method for motorcycle transport to and from the shop. As a sponsor for this business we provide a FREE SINGLE TRANSPORT for new customers to or from the shop within 15 miles. Existing customers get discounted rates and we can quote transport fees at any time, or you can find them on the website for the transport business.
Disclaimer: We decided to sponsor this business for pickup and delivery after hearing from our customers for years about the overpriced amounts to move their bikes short distances, as well as seeing first hand how badly the bikes are secured ... and the damage created by "tow companies" that normally focus on cars. The vehicles used for for transport are specifically set up for motorcycle / trike transport only.
WARRANTY SERVICE: $160 per hour
Wicked Bastard Cycles does not have the authority to provide warranty work for any of the OEM programs. If you have an aftermarket "extended warranty" on your motorcycle, then we as an established and licensed motorcycle service and repair shop can help you out. We will contact your aftermarket Warranty Service Company to determine what they will or won't cover prior to any work on your motorcycle. Aftermarket Warranty Service is billed at the same rate as with Insurance repairs.
INSURANCE REPAIRS: $160 per hour
Wicked Bastard Cycles can work with all insurance companies with the exception of those listed immediately below. As an established and licensed motorcycle service and repair shop we are extremely familiar with the processes needed to ensure a smooth repair for your bike. Please note that some services, such as painting or custom bodywork, may require outsourcing to one of our trusted suppliers. We will discuss all of that with both you as the Insured as well as with your Claim Adjuster. To schedule an Insurance Claim Repair, either contact us directly via email or phone, or have the Claims Adjuster contact us. We will take care of you!
Due to the increased time it takes to manage insurance claims with communications to the carriers, the hourly rate for insurance claims differs from the non-insurance work in the shop.
